We love our job!
Meet our Library Staff
Mrs. Faw
I was born in Aurora, Colorado. My Dad was career army, so I moved many times growing up. I’ve been teaching since 1990. I graduated from EOU with my degree in education and endorsements in reading and elementary. I added a media endorsement when I moved to the library.
I taught second grade for eight years before becoming the librarian. I loved second grade and I equally love the library. I still teach - library, computer and research skills.
My husband, John, and I have three children, Aaron, Amber, and Ashley. I have many likes, reading, walking, growing flowers, handiwork, riding and, of course, shopping.
Mrs. Harrison
I am the Librarian Assistant here at the Elementary School. I Have worked at the elementary for eight years now. I love working with children and the staff is my second family. Every day is an adventure at the school! My husband and I have been married for 23 years and we have three beautiful children. My son graduated here in 2015, my oldest daughter is a sophmore and my youngest is an 8th grader.
My family loves to be outdoors camping, hunting, working with their 4-H animals, vacationing at the beach or visiting historical sites. Vale has been a great place to raise our family and making it our home.
Mrs. Smith
I am the Willowcreek Elementary School librarian (or library aide) and have worked at the school for 21 years. I grew up and went to school in Ellensburg, Washington, which is located in the center of that state. After leaving Washington, I lived in New Jersey for 20 years. My husband and I now live in the small community of Brogan where we raise beef cattle. We have six children. When I am not at school, I like to spend time with our children and grandchildren. I enjoy reading, sewing and working in the yard.
Mrs. Hardin

We all enjoy the comfortable atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. I love to fish, garden, sew and being around my family.
